Replacement to my same 10yr old logic tech.

I've been using OP/TECH straps of sometime. I have been carrying my camera cross my body. The exiting pad was not always laying flat on my shoulder. The great thing about OP/TECH is there products are inter change able so buying this Utility strap with it's curved shoulder pad makes it ideal for carring the camera/lens combination now.

First of all, I trust my 5D Mark IV & M6 Mark II to OP/Tech USA straps whether it be cross body or wrist straps. Beginning of the year, I found myself doing more spontaneous photography activities (one of my New Year's resolutions). The cross body straps made me less efficient - as I now move my camera gear around in an open top canvas tote bag. So, when I am done with a particular shoot, I just toss my camera into my tote bag. As such, I found using a wrist strap would be better suited for me. I had already purchased an OP/Tech wrist strap for my 5D Mark IV. It has worked very nicely. So, I decided to get the OP/Tech wrist strap designed for a smaller form factor like the M6 Mark II (it's about a 1/4 narrower than the one on my 5D Mark IV). I am pleased to report, it has worked as planned! Note, I haven't ditched my cross body straps forever. I will still use them when I go on photography walkabouts. In the meantime, the OP/Tech wrist strap will give me a secure feeling as I hand carry my camera while taking spontaneous shots. And btw, they are quite comfortable and the configuration fits the OP/Tech connectors on my cameras perfectly so swapping out w/my cross body straps is a cinch! I think I made an ok choice in time to finally get some apple tech. The magic keyboard is a must for doing serious business, so is the pencil. Can't imagine living without a gianormous touch screen anymore! The only complaints are the file system and non-developer locks on iOS being so restrictive and make it hard to sideload VM to fully realize the potential of this beast. But for every function for fun or work there is most likely an app store solution out there without subscription fees so it will work for me. Oh and the camera functions are pretty good. nice stablization. And video processing are indeed fast and easy. (And of course thanks for the deals at B&H help me made the decision :p)

So I mainly bought this product because my original cover for my TeleLock cracked and broke. Initially I went into this not really knowing if this would fix the mechanism properly BUT boy did it! I watched a youtube video (from products brand) of how to disassemble the stand and put it back together. Everything worked well but I did have ONE issue. When putting on the cover to lock it in place, it was really difficult because I assume it was new and had to kind of be broken in. So what I had done was use a soft hammer (rubber hammer? not sure what the tool is called) and hit it with enough pressure to clip it into the groove that it needed to clip into. Without the hammer I had a DIFFICULT TIME to even clip the cover on, it was impossible for me (note I am a fairly strong fellow). So keep that in mind. Overall the product does what its supposed to do. Product also came in at a good amount of time granted that I stay all the way in Guam. The picture shows you the pieces it comes with it, so if you are missing the metal/rubber flipper or the swivel/crank mechanism MAKE SURE you have those parts otherwise it might not work. Lastly, I applaud Ultimate stand for making such a replacement, and also to B&H for carrying the replacement parts. This item was hard to locate but was really happy to see this on the website. It's a great replacement for Ricoh GA-2 adapter without the locking mechanism. It fits the camera perfectly. I have used it with a 49mm filter and the gt-2 tele lens without any issue. But it's a bit too easy to be twisted off so I'm worried it might fall off from the camera when left in the bag.

So far so good with the crayon. I got it as a replacement to the Apple Pencil Gen 1 due to the battery failing. I love that this has a power off button, and a red light to indicate the battery is low. Much easier to make sure I am charging it appropriately.
