Crown Amp Price

This is the second Crown xli added to my home rack. I must say I am quite impressed by the sound this amp. First, is a simple no frills A/B Class toroidal amp, no bells & whistles, no on-board DSP, just that classic clean powerful Crown sound. This one is used with a dbx Driverack on a pair of old school JBL studio monitors and it's a great match.

This device is amazing. Hooked up between my sound board and my Crown amp. Small hall. Five hanging mics. Hit the wizard button, ran the faders up to feedback and watched the unit notch out every offending frequency. The live filters take over from there. Easily save the configuration. Got at least 5 dB more gain in the house system.

Recently bought a Crown XTi 2000 power amp which only has XLR inputs. Bought the cables to use with this amp. Cables work well and seem to be decent quality. I would buy them again if the need arises.

These are great for monitors and work well for mains in a small club. To get the best reproduction, use a least a crown amp with 500W into 8 Ohms. If you are using them for mains, I recommend sweeping it with a 1/3 octave eq.

We used it to hook up Crwoen Pre-amp to 2 channel Crown power up for a gymnasium audio setup. The design is compact and is of professional quality. At times cable length was an issue but we had to come with some workaround to augment the length. Overall great product.

I purchased a used Crown Graflex Large format camera with a reflector back. The f.64 is a reasonable price in comparison to other large format backpacks that cost twice its price. It has enough room to hold my 4x5 large format camera, the reflector back, another small camera, and accessories. The film pockets are removable, padded, and fit the 4x5 film holders.

Yes, this is the best amp ever! A great price and the quality is excellent.
