I was very pleased with this headset. It's very light and the sound is crystal clear. I had to attached my handset to the Jabra base unit, so it's not as well integrated with my phone. I bought the GN1000 to lift the handset so I could answer or hangup. That works great but an extra cost. I was also able to connect my cell phone to the headset as well. It's tricky when your on a landline call and then answer a cell phone call, but it handles switching to the other phone.

Just as a ball head, this item is quite good. Plus, it incorporates a cell phone holder if/when you need one. It appears and feels well made with good fit and finish. The ball locks solidly in all positions. The cell phone holder is spring-loaded. When not in use, it seats solidly on its lower platform without any wobble.

This little Ball Head is perfect. I paired it with a Magnus cell phone holder as seen in one of my photos and it really helps with positioning and basically holding my phone as I FaceTime or participate in my multiple, daily Zoom and Google Meet video conferences. Where this little gem really shines though is in the fact that the smartphone adapter is built in. There is simply no need for a cellphone holder. The spring loaded adapter is easy to extend however it provided a secure grip at every angle. The accessory mount is perfect for a light. I am not traveling much but with my family and I all working from home sometimes I have to scramble for a quiet location before jumping on a video conference. This Cell Phone Mount was bought for my Wife. She watches videos on her cell phone often and I thought this was a better idea than leaning her phone against a bottle of ketchup or loaf of bread. Combining this with a tiny foldable tripod gives her a compact stand for her cell phone and she now uses it almost daily. She seems to like it and it folds up to take very little space. The mount had a slight hangup when I first tried it out but seems to work fine now. The threads in the plastic parts are actually brass inserts that are moulded in place so they will probably hold up a lot longer than plain plastic would. The plastic is well moulded and seems to be pretty good quality. In theory, the mount will stand up without a tripod, but it isn't stable.

Wonderful case to carry point and shoot or cell phone on the boat or to the beach.
