Crystal Film Vs Tempered Glass Screen Protector

I use my Ipad for classes, and writing on this screen protector makes it so much easier then tempered glass.

She’s had iPads who have had better days but I’m less concerned with a break now that this screen is on. It’s heavy but manageable and a perfectly snug fit for our iPad. The Leica M11-P doesn't need a screen protector with its sapphire crystal glass, but I opted for one anyway. Expert Shield provides helpful 'Easy as ABC tips; however, I didn't have tape around to use as a hinge. Instead, before peeling off the factory screen protector, I put on some nitrile powder-free gloves and laid the Expert Shield screen protector on top to get a sense of how it aligns. Once I used a rocket-shaped air-blower to make everything dust free, as well as peeled the factory screen protector and the Expert Shield screen protector backing, I just made sure the left edges lined up parallel in the position I wanted then dropped it. Nothing seemed to happen in the first couple seconds, then the Expert Shield screen protector began to adhere and settle on its own onto the Leica M11-P's sapphire crystal glass from the upper right corner towards the bottom left corner, slowly pushing a huge air bubble that shrinks in size and eventually gets pushed out as it goes. Talk about trusting the process! The Expert Shield installs itself resulting in a smooth, crystal clear application. No dust. No bubbles.

I have to say that I was almost turned off by the price as it was one of the more expensive options on the market, however, the reviews were one of the best of my options and I find the clarity of a good screen protector an important aspect to my photography process as I often review photos on the spot to make sure I've gotten what I need for species documentation. Installation was easy. Wipe the glass of the screen with the provided wipe. While adhearing the screen protector to the glass, I felt a sense of pleasure as the screen protector nearly vanished as the crystal clear image of the preview screen shown through. This protector is crystal clear and is so clear you wouldn't even know it was there. It seems thick enough to protect the screen from scuffs and scratches. Unfortunately I have only had this product for a week so I can't honestly comment on the durability of the longevity of use of this screen protector. However, at the moment I am extremely happy with this purchase and would buy it again.

Fits perfectly on my 5DSR and this is a film protector which I like better on cameras than tempered glasses.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this UltraClear protector is actually tempered glass! I was expecting it to be a clear version of SmallHD's Ultra Matte version which is a thin plastic. This glass protector was much better, sizing was good with a slightly larger margin for error than the Ultra Matte. It installed without any drama and looks absolutely invisible now.

Pros: - tempered screen protector works (I used the brand Tech Armor.) - The case is classy and feels great. - All the buttons work. - My iPhone 13 has survived drops by my toddler thanks to this case. Yay! Cons: N/A. Just buy this case. It's awesome.
