Cubase Set Output To Computer Speakers

I was looking for a solid audio interface to go along with my Mac. I use it with Cubase but also to mix external audio with application audio into an output (I use CASTER for that). My choice fell on the Ultralite based on the mix of audio performance, physical controls on the unit and the software it comes with. And really it fully delivers. Installation was very easy. Recording via the mic input works great, the loopback function to record application output into Cubase works great. I love the fact that i can set the level of the mic input right on the interface using a level meter (my old interface just had an overload warning). And last but not least the headphone output works great. It sounds good and delivers enough power for my needs.

I use this Y-cable for connecting two audio cords (from my desktop speakers) to my computer which only has one stereo output. It is great and I have not found any flaws. I will see how it will hold up in the long run.

I use this to switch computer sound card output between PC speakers and stereo amplifier. Works great.

I have a dell inspiron 3847, came with 8 gig of ram. I'm using it for music production, cubase and a lot of vst instruments. Well the day came to add more ram. Because this computer is a bit older, it maxes out at 16 gig. The Crucial 16GB DDR3 1600, was the only thing I could find for an upgrade. These specs are not the fastest, but the mother board would not accept DDR4. Swapping the ram was easy. On restart the computer recognized there was a hardware change, went to settings and ran a diagnostic, than restarted and works great. OS Windows 10 64bit. If your doing music production, I recommend 32GB or more if your computer will accept it.

I have used the AudioTechnica BPHS1 headset with solid success in multiple applications, including, but not limited to, computer and digital recording, amateur radio communications, and computer speech recognition. Microphone output is rich, clear, and full, with no distortion. Just the right output volume - unlike the weak, punk output I found on two other leading brand headsets. The earphone receivers are clear, rich, balanced, and full, and do not adversely color the sound. Lightweight, comfortable, and plenty durable. The removable, replaceable cable is sufficiently robust. The microphone boom is sturdy and stays in place, but can easily be swung up or down out of the way. Place the mic element just to the side of the mouth, lest you breath on it. The set has held up well over several years with moderate handling stress and strain (I take care of my toys, so it does not get tossed about or dropped, yet the set is plenty robust for professional studio work.) I routinely receive spontaneous, unsolicited compliments on my transmit audio. This set is a definite keeper. Aside from amateur radio, this set would be an excellent choice for live sports announcers. Just MY take... your mileage may vary. JHR

Used this to power two KLF Clarion III 8 ohm floor speakers to use as a set of computer speakers instead of cheap computer speakers. It gets louder than I will ever need. I needed something that would take bare wire speaker cable instead of 1/8 plugs. FM reception is really good although I will not need it. I wish it had a L/R balance but for the price this does what I need. I wish it were made in Japan or the USA instead of China.

I needed a small set of USB speakers to use with an old computer that had a defective soundcard. They work beautifully. For the price, they are well worth the cost. Probably not good enough if you listen to a lot of music, but sound quality is more than adequate for listening to the occasional online video or email attachment. Would definitely buy again for the price.

I was looking for a speaker to put in a separate room because I listen it I Tunes while I on my computer, so when I got my speakers I set one up in a separate room, and it worked! I love it!!!

A passive a/b switch. I use it to be able to use one set of computer speakers with 2 different PC towers. It does not and any noise to the signal. Highly recommended and easy to connect.
