The product arrived in good condition. The design of the remote is great and you receive the code for GeForce immediately, once you register with your mail.

Installed cable and tried every which way to get the printer to work..My ancient but trusty HP 712c inkjet refused to spring to life. Finally, thanks to the expert guidance and patience of the StarTech rep Curtis, we found the answer. In brief, it involved installing a patch described on the HP website that was necessary for this model as well as several other vintage HP printers to work with this cable. Fits nicely in your hand and it's bigger than our normal remote. So I it's been harder to lose lol. Didn't have any problems getting it set up. Pretty self-explanatory. It's a must-have!

Really like the antimicrobial feature and the backlit keyboard makes it easier to use in the evening.

The remote is much easier than the universal remotes I have used in the past. I find the Roku remote is quickly learned and easy to manage. The Roku unit has performed flawlessly. We've had our unit in place for about 4 weeks now and we are very happy.
