I've been using the Dell UltraSharp 38 1600p Curved Monitor for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The expansive 38-inch curved display immerses you in your work or entertainment, providing a truly panoramic viewing experience. The 1600p resolution delivers stunning clarity and sharpness, making everything from text to images look incredibly detailed. One of the standout features of this monitor is its color accuracy. With 100% sRGB and 99% Rec709 color coverage, colors are vibrant and true to life, which is essential for my photo and video editing work. The factory calibration ensures that the colors are spot-on right out of the box. The curved design is not just aesthetically pleasing but also functional. It reduces eye strain and provides a more natural field of view, which is particularly beneficial during long working sessions. The build quality is top-notch, with a sleek, premium finish that complements any workspace. Connectivity options are plentiful with USB-C, HDMI, and DisplayPort inputs, making it easy to connect multiple devices. The USB-C port also supports power delivery, which is a great convenience for charging my laptop while using the monitor. Ergonomics are well thought out, with adjustable height, tilt, and swivel options, ensuring that I can set up the monitor for maximum comfort. The on-screen display menu is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing for quick adjustments to settings. In summary, the Dell UltraSharp 38 1600p Curved Monitor is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to upgrade their display setup. Whether you're a creative professional or simply want an outstanding monitor for general use, this model delivers in every aspect. Highly recommended! 5 |

I ordered this as I had to add one more monitor for my WFH. But I have already used only available HDMI port in my Mac Book Pro (2014 with Thunderbolt 2) As soon as i connected my monitor using HDMI port and Thunderbolt to MBP. it detected immediately. 5 |

At first I cant get the display port to work, but the Hyper Support worked their magic , at first they thought I had thunderbolt monitor thats not compaltible with display port when I told them I have a diaplay port monitor and not thunderbolt , they find out my monitor was in the wrong mode. Once I got it right and working, everything was great! never had any problem with other ports either. 5 |

Spacious screen. Looks good on my desk. Sharp. Bright enough. 72hz refresh rate is decent if single-monitor mode. It drops to 50hz if paired with another monitor (through the rear Thunderbolt port). Thunderbolt port works with my MacBook to chain either a 10GB NIC or another monitor. Wish there were more Thunderbolt ports. Tested with two systems plugged in at the same time (split screen/pbp picture-by-picture mode) in a few views. 5 |

I wanted to free up a thunderbolt port that I normally use for a second monitor. After downloading a driver from the StarTech website, this little box allowed me to run the monitpr out of a usb port. Voila! It worked! 5 |

For my new MacBook Pro M1, I first tried purchasing Caldigit's new Element Thunderbolt 4 hub. It was nothing but an endless kernel panic with the M1 chip. Caldigit implied that was Apple's fault for their implementation of Thunderbolt 4 ports, but I didn't let them make me stick around long enough to sort out who's fault it was. I returned it, and bought this OWC one and it's been SO much better! No panics yet, sleep works fine, everything returns from sleep (whereas Caldigit's would consider my Pegasus2 RAID an erroneous disconnection everytime it slept), and it's actually really nice having SPDIF (digital) audio out, ethernet, and the card readers. I wish this had one more thunderbolt port out, but then again, I could still daisy chain a couple of my thunderbolt devices no problem. So far so great for this OWC 14-port T3 dock. 5 |
