Long story short: analysis paralysis. Wanted the Apple XDR, but refuse to spend the money on it as I no longer edit professionally. I wanted an ultrawide flat, and refused to evaluate curved monitors. I was an architectural photo/video pro in a past life, straight lines were critical. I caught a couple of good reviews about this monitor on YT, so I did some digging. I considered going with 2x 27s, but that would have been overkill. Then apple came out with the new 27 Pro Display and that would have priced me out. So I landed at this ViewSonic. You already know the screen space is massive. Where this monitor crushes is color fidelity and the other important features. It's dead quiet, its colorful, its customizable, it's got tons of i/o, it's lightweight, and it's been highly reliable. I have it connected to a 2018 MBP through eGPU (that sometimes gives me hell) but otherwise, this monitor connects with ease. If you are on the fence between this and ANY other curved equivalent, consider this monitor from ViewSonic. I was pleasantly surprised. I nearly bought the new LG ultrawide before acquiring this, and I have zero regrets. Is it perfect? No. But, sub $1500, this monitor is a pleasure to sit behind for long business days, and fun post-production projects on my weekends. 5 |

This is being used as a gaming monitor. It seems to make the image more intense. The curved style allows you to take in more visually. We'd recommend this monitor. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is great. The main things I was looking out for when upgrading to a 32:9 was Color Accuracy for editing photo and video as well as good performance for gaming. 95% DCIP3 color accuracy was plenty for my needs personally and I am using 16 bit 100MP GFX 100 files. A 200hz refresh rate is more than I will ever see in most games that I play. The brightness is 400 cd/m^2 which is more than my second ultrawide and plenty for the environment I use this in. Usage wise, You definitely dont NEED 45in of ultrawide display but in gaming (if the game supports it), it is absolutely gorgeous. Being able to watch a movie while I am editing is also pretty nice as well. The only downside I have really come across is the fact that it has about an inch less screen height wise. My old 21:9 Ultrawide monitor had a screen height of 14.29". So while I obviously gained a vast amount of screen real estate horizontally, I lost about a little over an inch in height. This is negligible in my opinion but it would have been the icing on the cake if it was also the same vertical size. It was really the only flaw I could come up with. Genuinely love the monitor. Overall I think if youre debating on making the switch to 32:9 from 21:9 this is a fantastic intro into it before shelling out a bunch of money for bigger OLED options. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung Ultrawide for IT/ Software development, gaming, web browsing, zoom calls, etc. This is my favorite display in my house and I have multiple 4k TVs. The picture is perfect. Gaming on this monitor is life changing. You feel like you are in the game. 240hz makes for the smoothest experience!! The infinity core lighting is a fun nice feature. I use the monitor with a gabbing pc and a work laptop. I wish the monitor detected and displayed the computer that is powered on. 5 |

Ok so Dex might not replace the need for a PC for EVERYONE, but the same can be said about anything other than a PC. Truth is, the usability and capabilities of Samsung Dex are definitely underated and reviewers should talk more about it. The Dex pad has worked great for me. I initially bought the Dex cable (straight USB-C to HDMI) but it was limited (no charging, no usb ports, and no ultrawide monitor support). With this pad I was able to connect and see my phone in ultrawide, works great!!! With this pad I can connect mouse and keyboard, watch youtube while looking at 6 tabs in my browser and answering texts, all in my ultrawide monitor!!! Just dont expect it to be a PC, its not, and its not trying to be. One more thing: this thing includes the fast charger AND the HDMI cable!!!!!What?!?!?! 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to give the AOC 31.5" full HD WLED curved gaming LCD monitor in black and red a try. I love that the monitor is curve. It sits up high enough that I'm leveled with the monitor. I'm very happy with it. The picture is picture perfect! I use this for gaming and also work. I have it sitting next to my other computer screen. I'm definitely going to get another AOC curved monitor and get rid of my smaller monitor. It's sturdy and sits perfect on my desk. I can't say one negative thing about this monitor at all. It's easy to clean. It came well packed in the box and had no damage to it. It was easy to take out of the box and took less than 5 minutes to set everything up. This is the perfect size computer to have for every day use and especially for gaming! I didn't think I would like the curved monitor, but I was wrong. It's amazing! 5 |

Mounted a VIOTEK GNV34DBE 34-Inch Curved Gaming Monitor to this VESA 75x75 , on a mobile sit stand desk, bolted through the work surface. Regained my desktop real-estate and I don't have to worry about the monitor falling off the back of the desk when I roll it about. Was looking for a simple, no need for a swinging arm, monitor stand, this works perfect. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 29" curved monitor first and it was starting to do things monitors do when they have had enough of life, so I went shopping for a new one. First I tried an LG Ultrawide flat but ended up donating it to my husband for gaming as I really missed the curve and the ease of peripheral vision in gaming. Then I started working from home, and while most of my colleages have 2 or 3 monitors scattered around their workspace, I have 1, simplifying my life. It's kinda big, I don't recommend it for just any space, I affectionately refer to it as my surfboard, but it's a great monitor and I'm glad I went for it. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this monitor for a few days now and I'm loving it so far. I am a UX/UI designer by day so accurate color depiction is very important for me to have in a monitor, and the colors on this one are great. The picture is also very crisp, and I love how even though the monitor is curved, nothing feels distorted at all (that was something I was a little worried about since I haven’t had a curved monitor before). I also chose this one because I am starting to build my first gaming PC soon and wanted to make sure I had a monitor that was both super responsive and also big enough to justify not just gaming on my big living room tv. This one is huge compared to my last monitor so I can’t wait to play games on this thing. 5 |
