Custom Cardboard Box Folding

They come in a cardboard box. Cool, I can always make a custom case. Very simple, STURDY design. This is what the people probably want to know. I searched for videos, reviews for this and there weren't too many. So took a chance. SOLID design. Using a GH4 to Nikon G lens, tight fit, no wiggling or disappointing manufacturing flaws. And this does have sharp focus. I would definitely recommend picking this adapter up.

Perfect for carrying the beauty dish - much better than using the cardboard box. :)

Used it for an iPhone 7 Plus custom rig. Does the job better than those folding alternatives because there is no play in the build. Mounted a small mic and led light, and everything worked out perfectly.

Ok, I have a Stroboframe Pro-T that I've used for many years. Does the Folding T do everything that the Stroboframe does? Yes. Does it do it any better? No. The Custom Brackets Folding T does exactly the same job as the Stroboframe, no more no less. It does not do any of those things any better. So what's the difference? The key difference between the two products is that the Folding T folds up very compactly for storage and transport compared to the Stroboframe unit. The vast majority of flash brackets are rigid. The only part the moves is the part the changes the orientation of the flash relative to the camera. This is a moving arm on these units, a rotator for camera rotating brackets. After all, the whole point of a flash bracket is to keep the flash above the camera body in either portrait or landscape orientation. Custom Brackets has added an additional point of articulation on the arm that hold the camera itself. This allows both arms to be folded in and makes it very compact to store compared to products like the Stroboframe. Brackets like the Stroboframe will not fit into most camera bags without taking up a bunch of room. The Folding T doesn't take up much room. The bottom line is that if you need flash bracket and don't care about how much space it takes up when it's stored, then any flash bracket will work depending on your other needs. The Folding-T is no different to most other non-rotator type brackets in actual use. The only difference is that it stores compactly, and this is an important difference for me.

I initially bought the custom bracket junior version, only to find it is a very awkward shape to fit into a gear bag. So I exchanged it for this version, B&H were prompt and efficient with the exchange and I am so much happier with the folding version. It's cheaper too. The trade off is that the handle bar doesn't telescope, (moving the flash further from the camera). So it's personal choice and I prefer the convenience of the folding bracket.

We were able to get about 1,380 slides in ours - standard cardboard mounts. Good sturdy box.

Fine film---as always. Arrived in a battered cardboard box half broken open---probably the shipper's fault.

Got this for my Benq W1100 projector. Cardboard box was wearing out, and needed something stronger.

Awesome lens for scenery, landscapes, cramped interiors ... really opens things up! Packaging was excellent, lens was inside a sturdy metal box with heavy duty foam inserts, inside a durable cardboard box, inside a padded cardboard box from B&H. This lens seems very well built, gives sharp images, and has features I wish other lens makers would use in their lenses; the hyper-focal distance scale, click stop infinity detent, and raised 'lever' on focusing ring to name a few. I would definitely recommend this lens as an inexpensive, lightweight, super-ultra-wide-angle lens !!!
