Custom Ssl Midi Controller

We received an SSL 2+ at our university to test and review. When it came my turn, I was immediately impressed with the overall sound and functionality. I grew up on SSL consoles and it was great to hear anything close to that original sound. The mic preamps are very smooth and do not have any obvious jumps in signal when adjusting the gain like some other interfaces. The 4K buttons add a very noticeable top end and clarity that really enhances the input signal. Having 2 headphones outs is ideal. I chose the 2+ for the MIDI IN/OUT also. I have an older M-Audio Keystation Pro that no longer worked using the USB connection. Connecting to the MIDI IN/OUT on the 2+ has brought it back to life. I am also very, very happy with the tabletop design. It does not take up much room on my desk and provides all of the functionality that I require. Overall, I am highly impressed with the unit, use it everyday, and will continue doing so. Thanks, B&H, for your customer service. this controller controls EVERYTHING would need it to, and is a cobination of a GREAT midi controller for beats, and an EVEN BETTER control surface...the key for me is the LARGE FONT LCD....no more squinting with reason, i dont even have much need to look anywhere else, it almost feels like a stand alone device....AWESOME NEKTAR

I like this MIDI controller. It is unique and has capabilities not found with regular pitch wheel type actions. Great for synth sounds but also can be very expressive when playing modeled acoustic instruments.

I can not believe that the M Audio Oxygen Pro Mini was available at B&H! This midi keyboard controller is a Jack of all Trades! PC compatible-check! Ableton compatible-check! Track Sliders- check! Akai pads-check! Akai keybed-check! Should i continue? 32 mini keys- check! Etc...

I needed a Keyboard stand for my M-Audio Midi Controller and decided to give this product a try. I really expected a lesser quality product for the price I payed. I was wrong. This is a great stand. I would recommended to my friends. Thanks B&H for such a great deal.
