The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! This is a review for the Epson WorkForce ES-300WR Wireless Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

The unit is everything I could ever want....and more? I am using it to teach online classes. I have a camera, 2 iPads, and a computer running into it. My students love it as I can engage them with whiteboards, apps, and when they want to talk about something on the web, as they are doing their work, I can pull it up and fill their screen with it. CRAZY! A game-changer for me! The customer experience at B&H is AWESOME! Thank you, B&H for excellent customer service!

These pelican cases are best on the market with a great customer service center if you did have any issues. I have 3 and will be purchasing more.
