Great sounding receiver ....AWESOME with my Bluetooth

I bought this receiver for the Bluetooth connectivity. I am now able to play my iTunes songs from the iTunes cloud through my iPhone and the new Receiver to our inside and / or outside speakers - all from my lounge chair. I am handicapped, so this is of great help to me.

I bought it for the customizable screen but was very pleased with the awesome features that it has. Don't give me wrong, I love putting my pictures and logo on the display, but the system has a lot more than just flash. The onboard recording is great and it does not require an app to download it to my computer. I just put the transmitters on the receiver and plug the receiver into my laptop and I can easily drag the files on my desktop. This is very convenient. I am also really enjoying the fact that I can just record the transmitters and not have to use the receiver plugged into my camera or phone. Another thank God I did not think I would be so excited about, is the noise canceling. Really great when I'm filming outdoors or when my air conditioner kicks on, eliminating the street noise or that annoying hum of my AC. Very happy with the system, and I really like the way it helps me stand out from the crowd.

Very straightforward 2 ch receiver with bluetooth and a turntable pre. Respectable power output... Clean looks... and, it's a SONY!

This receiver has revitalized my 1980s stereo system by allowing Bluetooth transfer from my Sony Walkman (CD quality) and from an iPhone. When powered the receiver goes into pairing mode--your device remembers this receiver...you are connected. So far there has been no problem with connection or distance from the receiver. As this is my second unit (first attached to another stereo system) I only wish I could rename the unit as it comes up with the same name...only to be identified by the Bluetooth address. If you only have one of these, this will not be an issue. Attachment is simple: connect using RCA supplied cord to your receiver aux input. Having it on a switched plug on the receiver is very convenient. If not, you would have to push the light button to switch it into on mode. It has an auto off after a few minutes of not receiving a signal. It also has an optical connection.

Perfect size for location laptop - FYI - it supports bluetooth (no specialized receiver to keep track of - YAY! ). Works well for it's size, no issues on connectivity or use... Wacom FTW! (Suggestion: apply some Velcro tabs to hold the pen to the tablet when in/on a location. Always seems to wander off...)

This receiver is reasonably priced, does what I need and has great sound. The Bluetooth capability is especially nice, along with the phono input.
