I purchased this to use on my Nikon D5300 DSLR with Nikkor 55-200mm lens. The filter snaps onto a 52-58mm lens adapter and then screws onto the lens. I am not using it for it's intended purpose but it works very well. I am in the path of totality here in Ohio and hope for good weather on April eighth. I uploaded a picture of the sun's major sunspots on March 24, 2024. I also, using longer thumbscrews, can mount it another camera with a different diameter lens. 5 |

I took to long to buy this.... even that I have it in my old D5300. great fit... pretty tight and no gap between the rubber and the camera. the lcd protector that came with this cover, is great... perfect fit in the lcd and it is not feel like a cheap plastic... 5 |
