I use the VT-2100 for both my video DVD camcorder and my digital camera. The tripod head moves smoothly and quietly when panning for video, and the head locks securely for the digital photo camera. The legs extend smoothly, and the locks work nicely and seem to be well-made. At 4.5 pounds, it is heavier to carry than the cheaper tripod I replaced. Over-all it seems to be well made and has more than met my expectations. 5 |
