Default Tax Rate Quickbooks Online

The failure rate is low on these. I use them to give clients a copy of their tax returns. Very low failures. I especially like them because i can print my logo and a background all the way to the center of the CD. Looks like i had them professioally printed.

I was hesitant to order the XG27AQ-W (the -W stands for white, so reviews of the XG27AQ will provide the same insight), due to a few issues I've seen people mention online: namely, issues with brightness and with the refresh rate itself. I can completely agree on the brightness issue: at 0 brightness and with a default 80 contrast setting (on the monitor's OSD), this thing is REAL bright. It's painful to use at night, it's so bright. What I've found to combat this, is to reduce the contrast to 40-50, which significantly lowers the brightness. I'm not sure why Asus has balanced things this way, but color accuracy seems great at the lower contrast setting so that works for me. Colors on this thing are great. I've been using Dell UltraSharp monitors for years, but wanted something with a higher refresh rate. I don't have a color calibration tool handy, but according to rtings measurements (as well as the advertised specs), color accuracy is quite well and I'd have to agree. Regarding the refresh rate - by default, it runs at 144hz, which is honestly all I want. The monitor does offer an OC option which is presumably how you get 165 or 170hz, but I haven't messed with it to be able to say if this causes a negative experience or not. Reddit comments suggest there's a firmware update to fix any issues with the OC mode, if you run into that. There are zero dead pixels on my unit. It's hard to beat this for the price tag, in my opinion.

I have ordered several devices and the online process is so easy. Some places are cumbersome for tax exempt customers but not here. It works every time and the product is usually delivered with in the week. Great experience.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting!
