I had experienced a problem with charging that turned out to be a defective battery. SWIT Customer Service had me return both the battery and charger to them for testing. They identified the battery as having issues, and Federer me back a replacement. The charger itself is great! 5 |

Charged battery with included charger which turned out to be defective. Contacted Bescor who asked that battery and charger to be returned to them. They not only replaced the defective charger but checked and replaced some cells damaged by the defective charger 5 |

The first charger came with my Rebel T6i kit and it was defective. I couldn't believe it. B&H Photo was great and sent me a RMA so I can get a new one. This one works - it charges the battery. Why the charge in the kit box didn't is beyond me. 5 |
