After returning a defective one, I quickly received my new Pro-Duty Backdrop Support Kit. The poles slide up and down fantastic - with no friction. Great tightening devices, and excellent ability to custom size height and width. For the price I am super happy with my purchase. It is heavier on one side when you carry it but really that is no big deal.

Pulled hard drive from defective Macbook Pro. Install was relatively easy. Seems to read/write pretty quickly.

The adapter took forever to arrive and once it did arrive, it was defective and did not function at all. I couldn’t charge my delta pro using the extra battery cable. It was mistake to buy the smart generator to being with I guess. Called tech support and they were very nice but so far no resolution.

The first Pro BX1000M arrived DOA. I called B&H and was immediately issued an RMA and prepaid label to return the defective unit. The replacement arrived within two business days. I returned the defective unit and my account was cleared two days later. This is what I call customer service.

This is my second Gepe Pro cable release (the first was defective, did not fit on the camera) and this one works very well. The action is smooth, the finger grips are comfortable, and the locking mechanism does what it should. Overall quality seems good. Not wild about the red color as it seems closer to pink than red.
