All I can say is that I love these. To say for the price sells them short. Hard to define the look but I suppose buttery but sharp. 5 |

This is an awesome box to high light facial structure and define muscle tone. 5 |

It's not a fancy managed switch, but it works for small stuff. You might miss being able to define your own vlan IDs (this only has 1-10), but other than that it has easy LACP that makes setting up a NAS with bonded NICs on the 2.5 Gbps ports a snap. Great throughput for backups. 5 |

The Define 7 is the 4th Fractal Design case I've built a computer in(Define S, R6, Mesify C) and it is plain to see Fractal has iterated on and improved their designs in each successive case. The modularity and adaptability of this case very impressive due to the included accessories. The only two complaints I have are 1) I wish the included fans were PWM and 2) I wish the removable top radiator mount was tool-less like the side panels instead of held in by two screws. Beyond that, it's easily the best case I've ever built in. 5 |

First, this case is huge. If you're looking for something reasonably sized, check out the regular Define 7 series. However, if you're looking for a case that will be extremely customizable, plenty of room to work in, and very well built, I haven't run across a better one. It runs very quiet and has plenty of open air. I'm using air cooling and haven't had any problems with temps even when pushing the processor and video card. 5 |

Awesome - love the sound quality, massive improvement over my old CD player!! I would like the option to define some songs as not to be shuffled! 5 |

I had a Define R4 that I loved. This is an upgrade in every way. I like it over the R4 for the following. 1. Removeable top makes it easier to build. Plugging in power/headers along the top is much easier 2. Hard Drive tray design is much better than R4 because you get better air flow. 3. Front Door is a much better build quality and room for 3 intakes instead of R4's 2 fans. 4. tools less doors are much easier to get on/off even if you have poor cable management. 5 |

I'm definitely not the first to say it, but the Fractal Design Define R5 makes for a quiet and roomy NAS case. In 2024, most PC cases either feature glass sides or are ITX-sized. Thankfully, the Define R5 has neither of those, instead sporting sound-dampening foam to quiet otherwise noisy HDDs and fans. The directions can be confusing at times, and the sides are a little challenging to reattach, but otherwise, this is a good case. 5 |

As a long-time fan of Fractal cases (all the way to Define/Refine, and most recently Torrent), this case combines all the best bits of Fractal in one beautiful package. It has the looks, the air flow, the build quality, ease-of-use features, and more. Can not think of anything I'd change in this case. 5 |
