Have had HP laser printers for some time now. This printer is replacing one that was a workhorse for years. I use the wireless feature and it responds quickly. The copy feature is very fast and very handy. It had some quirks early on.. on several occasions it would only print a partial page, then not print the remaining documents in the queue. On other occasions it would not print the queue because it said the printer was busy, which it was not. On those occasions the only remedy was to turn off the printer, then power it back on. Those problems seem to have disappeared as I have not had any issues recently and I use the printer daily. When the toner is low, there is an annoying dialog box that pops up to remind you of the toner issue each time the computer wakes. You cannot do anything on the computer until you click "OK" or "Buy Toner." That said, I have been extremely happy with past HP printers 5 |

What I like the most about this color printer is how cheap is the ink for the printer. with only ~$10-20 investments in the ink, I can print up to thousand of pages which is so amazing. With the usual cartridge printer, this would be an unrealistic dream! other than this, this is an all-in-one machine, with a great high-quality scanner, copier, and printer and more importantly, It is a WIFI printer. I can print directly from my iPhone and cloud printing or using a WIFI printer on windows 10. Epson also has an iPhone app and windows scanner software which is so handy, although needs a bit of improvement in the apps. I can also add multiple devices to the app which helps with managing multiple devices at once. As I attached the pictures of the printer specification, I can print at the high quality of 4800 dpi and scan at 1200 dpi which is way more than enough for a home printer. This is a review for the Epson EcoTank ET-3850 Wireless Color Supertank Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. 5 |
