Dell 4K Monitor 27

I bought the Dell 27 4K UHD HDR IPS monitor to pair with a HP mini workstation. It's not quite as elegant as my BenQ monitor that I use for photo processing, but it's significantly cheaper and will be used mainly for work and general computer usage. I consider it a good purchase.

Professional photographer & videographer. Been using a Dell 27 4k monitor for years and have loved it. Editing a major doc film now so decided to upgrade my monitor. Put the EIZO and Dell next to each other- that's when I knew I had made the right choice. They're really not in the same league. The colors on the EIZO are spot on- and the viewing surface is stunning. When printing photographs, I can actually soft proof with absolute accuracy - which wasn't possible with the Dell. Yes, it's more expensive, but if you're doing critical color work- especially for many hours a day- it's worth the investment. I got the light baffle as well- it's just as high quality as the monitor itself and absolutely essential for my lighting situation.

Received my Dell 32 inch 4K monitor yesterday. I'm speechless! The picture quality and color of this DELL monitor is incomparable and dazzles. It is easy on the eyes, extremely easy to set up. I'm in my late 60s and confess to being technology challenged but even for me set up was a breeze. I was hesitant to spend this kind of money on a 32 inch HD 4K monitor but it really is worth the investment. I purchased primarily for photography, and having more screen real estate in which to preview my photos is much more efficient than using a 27" monitor. There is a notable difference going from 27" to 32". This monitor deserves a 5 star + rating.

I hated to pay this much for a monitor to replace my old Dell 27. And then I plugged it in and started working. It's been two weeks and I'm still stunned at how good everything on this monitor looks. It's expensive and worth it.

After purchasing several new Dell Precision workstations and 27 inch touchscreen monitors, we found that we couldn't there was no way to connect the two - the Precision did not accept HDMI and the monitor was not a DisplayPort monitor. Something like this shouldn't be complicated nor expensive and this adapter from IOGear is neither. Additionally the lot of adapters arrived the next day to save our butts.
