The box arrived damaged, called customer service, they offered to replace, and agreed to my request to hold until it could be tested. The computer crashed while the dock was in shipment and they allowed me to get the computer back up and then test to see if damaged in shipment. They took care of this customer. It seems like the instructions to setup could be more detailed. Hyper Tech support helped to finish the installation. The dock works great. It is attached to a Dell 7530 or swapped out with a Dell 7750. Easily drives two BenQ PD3200U 32-inch 4K UHD sRGB Designer Monitors with no problem. The shortage of usb-a ports was overcome by plugging in a B&H Photo 16 port Sabrent hub. Currently using 11 of 16 ports and works great. I have used the dock for over a month and half and highly recommend the dock and B&H Photo. 5 |

Awesome monitor! The colors and deep blacks are really nice. And the built in dock has been invaluable for switching between my work laptop and personal desktop. The monitor I received did have a defect in the panel (just some weird marks on the edges of the panel), but so far customer service has been great and they are sending a brand new monitor while allowing me to use the defective one until it arrives. I would have liked a non defective one, but I really can't ask for more on the customer service side of things. Thank you dell for making the process easy. When you get as old as I am and the customer service rep. asks for the serial number on the back of your DVD player or IPhone you are going to need one these. It’s a lifesaver. Great optics, well made, and plenty large. I really like mine. 5 |

I have deployed a number of SMX1500RM2U's in my customer's network and have never had one issue with deployment and service. As long as you maintain your UPS with timely battery replacements, you won't have any issues at all. 5 |

I have purchased many macs over the years, and never forgo AppleCare. If just one thing goes wrong with the computer, it pays for itself. The customer service is excellent, and if they cannot fix the problem, they replace the computer. It's a no-brainer in my estimation. 5 |
