Dell Computer Flash Drive

Allowed me to easily mount an SSD drive in a an older Dell desktop computer.

My first serious computer was a Dell PC with an 80gig hard drive. I discovered that a loaded hard drive equals a computer that grinds to a halt. I purchaced this 1TB drive to accompany my Sony Vaio, with an almost 500GB drive, to keep from overworking my computer. With lots of raw image files from a Nikon D-300, it's easy to see the Vaio getting overloaded sometime in the future. The Western Digital Elements SE portable drive will be the primary storage destination for me, keeping the Vaio unencumbered to maintain it's operating speed and perhaps minimize the possibility of other recovery problems.

Needed an external hard drive for my larger Dell Inspiron 15 computer. just like my smaller Dell travel computer. I needed some extra space.

Bought Seagate drive to add to my new Dell XPS computer. This cable was the only other item needed to configure an internal RAID backup.

This has been an absolutely fantastic and economical way of expending the storage capacity of my Dell Laptop with a 512GB SSD drive. This little flash drive is small enough to plug into my laptop and travel it as if it was as permanent a fixture as my screen! certainly a lot less obstructive as the charger! So, I transferred all my data to the flash drive, freeing up storage for the programs and their operations. What's more you can even get this drive at 512GB. I'm happy with it; only time will tell how this works long term.

Upgraded a Dell computer with this; worked well

bought a dell windows 10 computer with 4 g memory. the thing couldn't do anything not enough memory. Dell wanted way too much to upgrade the memory so i looked up the stats and i ordered this. The computer now functions great. So i added 4 x the memory and i still have the option of installing the 4 g in addition to the 16 but i don't really need it since the 16 is now pleanty to run the system for my needs.

Dell is reliable, and the Optiplex 7020 gives me what I need in a desktop computer.

This would be for most of the tablets with the slot for the cable that would go to a computer. It let's you plug in a mouse or a flash drive for ease of use.

8GB SDRAM is much better than 4GB in my DELL desktop computer.
