Dell Curved Ips Monitor

I've been using the Dell UltraSharp 38 1600p Curved Monitor for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded all my expectations. Beautiful. This monitor is absolutely beautiful. From the moment you unpack it till you finish using it for the day, this is just a gorgeous piece of equipment. Positives: - Amazing to look at… even when off - No eye strain, even after a 10 hours of constant use - Great connection options - Fast refresh times - Excellent resolution - Curved Negatives: - Back cover for cord management is flimsy - Expensive This monitor replaced two IPS 19’’ monitors. When using those, I had noticed that I could not sit in front of them for a long time; but with this Samsung monitor, I can spend an inordinate amount of time without any eye strain or feeling uncomfortable. While a curved TV seems like a gimmick, using a curved monitor is absolutely amazing. You sit close enough in front of the monitor that having a curved screen actually seems to “envelop” your view. The colors are comparable to the older IPS monitors, but the single wide screen monitor really makes everything immersive as there is no “break” in content. The biggest negative that I could find is the price. This is an expensive product, no way around it. The other minor quibble is that in order to “hide” the power and connection cord in the back of the monitor, the back plastic plate is really flimsy and can easily fall out as there isn’t a locking / snapping mechanism. Fortunately, once set, this becomes a moot point. I recommend this for anyone looking for a top of the line monitor.

I bought the Dell 27 4K UHD HDR IPS monitor to pair with a HP mini workstation. It's not quite as elegant as my BenQ monitor that I use for photo processing, but it's significantly cheaper and will be used mainly for work and general computer usage. I consider it a good purchase.

Bought this one to replace an 5-year old 29 Dell monitor. Love the screen size with IPS and decent color. Good for long-hour working. The only downside is not height-adjustment. HIghly recommend those who wants a simple HD monitor with big size.

I bought this adapter to help mount a Dell monitor with a curved back onto a repositionable arm. Instructions were pretty clear, but it still took me a little time and patience to get everything to go together correctly. (A second pair of hands would have helped me, but I installed it myself.)

I had hesitation to get a curved monitor, but took the chance and happy that I did.

The Dell U3223QE 4K monitor is near perfect. Excellent color reproduction, impressive contrast for an IPS panel, built-in USB-C hub - It's all here. I am 100% totally satisfied with this display. It's color saturation is very impressive considering it has an anti-glare reflective coating (I wish Dell would offer a semi-gloss option as that makes the colors really pop.) There is only one thing I can find fault in - In the lower left and right hand corners of the display there is slight backlight bleed, but this is inherent to all IPS panels and is not a deal breaker - pretty much all IPS panels are going to exhibit some type of backlight bleed. Other than that one small detail, this panel is PERFECT and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. I am VERY demanding of my equipment and this panel ticks all the boxes.

This is an upgrade from my 2015 Dell UltraSharp 34 curved display (3440 x 1440) that still works. I like the larger size and higher 5K x 2K resolution. I installed Dell Display Manager app to make it easy to choose input source and other settings. When connecting the monitor to two computers (like my main one via DisplayPort plus one I'm setting up via HDMI), the DDM software makes it easy to view the two sources side-by-side, while the 40 screen and high resolution makes that practical for legibility.

Holds a heavy, ultra-wide, curved monitor very well.
