Do you want to hear a good story? Read this.Just a few weeks after I posted my previous comment (read above) on this Vello cable, I received an email from B&H, asking if I would allow them to hand my contact information to Vello, because people there had read my comment and wanted to discuss the matter with me. I agreed.Two days later, I received a first email from The Gradus Group, owner of the Vello brand, which started a very polite exchange, and in which it was clear they showed me intention of settling things with me.A month after their initial contact, I had a new cable in hand, that fully works now. Wow! I really mean WOW! Apart from my post on B&H web site, I never made any attempt to contact Vello, because I thought that a $ cable did not worth the effort of trying. And yet, Vello took the lead and contacted me and made all the effort to make one of their customer satisfied. For a $ cable. WOW! If this is not an A1 customer service, then I wonder what customer service could be.So if you believe that posting a comment on B&H website does not worth the effort, that companies do not read these comments, well, maybe this story will change your mind.Hats off to Vello!

This product was sent to me as a replacement for another unit that failed. Customer service was excellent. This replacement was sent within a few days of the initial contact. I love this product. The light is very bright. It does not have the adjustable beam like my original one did, but that's not a big deal. Battery life is good. This is perfect for walking the dog at night, and for doing fix it jobs around the house. I would definitely purchase one again, and have bought a few as gifts.

After having for about a year and finally getting to use about 6 times I had a problem, being it had been so long the warranty was up, so after leaving my original review B&H contacted me to ask if they could give my contact info to Vello, so they could contact me about my problem and I agreed to let them. So vello contacts me and schedules a good time to call me about my problem and, after a few minutes they agreed to send me a new release ( it works perfectly). To sum it up I would buy this again and give a big thumbs up to B&H and vello for both going above and beyond to make a customer happy, you both have earned a customer for life..

Awesome monitor! The colors and deep blacks are really nice. And the built in dock has been invaluable for switching between my work laptop and personal desktop. The monitor I received did have a defect in the panel (just some weird marks on the edges of the panel), but so far customer service has been great and they are sending a brand new monitor while allowing me to use the defective one until it arrives. I would have liked a non defective one, but I really can't ask for more on the customer service side of things. Thank you dell for making the process easy. My last dell monitor is over 10 years old

The box arrived damaged, called customer service, they offered to replace, and agreed to my request to hold until it could be tested. The computer crashed while the dock was in shipment and they allowed me to get the computer back up and then test to see if damaged in shipment. They took care of this customer. It seems like the instructions to setup could be more detailed. Hyper Tech support helped to finish the installation. The dock works great. It is attached to a Dell 7530 or swapped out with a Dell 7750. Easily drives two BenQ PD3200U 32-inch 4K UHD sRGB Designer Monitors with no problem. The shortage of usb-a ports was overcome by plugging in a B&H Photo 16 port Sabrent hub. Currently using 11 of 16 ports and works great. I have used the dock for over a month and half and highly recommend the dock and B&H Photo.
