All I had to do was plug it in a usb port and my Dell Desktop computer model 6VPLBHK was working with Bluetooth again. You see I was experimenting with the Bluetooth settings and somehow lost my Bluetooth when I had either changed some settings or updated Windows 10. Bluetooth is now on my desktop and it works. I got this Bluetooth adapter to expand my desktop with Bluetooth capability to connect to my Bluetooth speaker and Wacom pen tablet board. This adapter works right out of box. Just plug and play. No installation required. It does take up one USB outlet. My Windows 10 OS recognized it right away. It is also backward compatible with my older Bluetooth 3.0 devices. I have not tested it with my Bluetooth headset for Skype calls. I think it should not be any problem. 5 |
