This laptop docking station's compatibility is universal and it is compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8.x and 7, macOS 10.14 or later, and ChromeOS 100 or later. Plug and play driver installation via Windows Update; manual driver installation on macOS. Dock does not charge host PC. If you have a Dell Latitude with a docking station, the only way you can get full resolution on a 30 monitor is with a DisplayPort cable. This did the trick. 5 |

A 4K external monitor and a few devices hooked into this docking station, it connects to and charges my Dell xps 15 via a thunderbolt port seamlessly. Less cables and hassle. Time to time I switch to use with my work Surface laptop and everything works fine as it should while charging. Leave the adapters in the bag. So far so good. 5 |

I bought this to see if I could get dual monitor operation from my HP docking station. It was very easy to install, and after a few display adjustments, went right to work. I am very pleased with the display quality, which I attribute in part to the cables construction. I would purchase this same adapter/cable again for other applications. 5 |

I had a dell docking station but it would not allow me to turn on the laptop from it. I could only turn on or wake up the laptop by opening it up. The HP docking station allows the me to turn the laptop on without having to open it up. Please with my HP docking station 5 |
