Dell Laptops 17 Inch Screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m usually get used to good laptop specifications with long term usability at the expense of carrying some extra weight everyday. It was about time to update my 5-year old 15-inch laptop and was looking for PC with good computing power but with a bigger screen as sometimes I tend multitask a lot. I found this 17-inch LG laptop with the specifications I needed but was hesitant as I didn’t know how portable a 17- inch laptop would be. When I received it I realized this is way more portable than my previous machine. It is way lighter with a better screen. I immediately opened all the 15 tabs I am used to without any performance issues. Speakers are good but could be slight better. In general. I am pretty happy with my purchase. I was able to find a laptop with quite big screen and numeric keyboard without compromising on portability as the weight is perfect while traveling. I have used this to replace the hard drives on Mac and Dell laptops. It worked fine.

That's right, this adapter allows you to connect your Dell Alienware 17 computer (Thunderbolt 3 adapter) to an Apple 27 Thunderbolt display...and it WORKS!!! With the newer Dell XPS laptops largely abandoning USB-A ports, wired Ethernet ports, and HDMI/DisplayPort ports, having a dock is pretty much necessary for expansion as many current peripherals are still USB-A. I have an earlier Thunderbolt 3 dock on my work-proved Dell Precision, and it requires 2 cords to the laptop, where this Thunderbolt 4 only requires 1 - and has 130W charging pass-through (from the 180W power brick) so it can keep up even when pushing the machine hard. And I'll be able to hook it up to my wired network for throughput greater than what I can manage with WiFi.

I'm using it to share a USB docking station between two laptops, a dell and an HP. Th docking station has two monitors, a mouse, and a keyboard. It seems to be working really well.

There are few bags made to fit 17 laptops. This could use a little more padding around the laptop itself, but it's attractive, roomy, reasonably well-made with good material and stitching, and nicely priced. If you, too, are a screen realestate hog like me, chances are you'll love it!

Our Dell Inspiron 17 5767 laptop had a one T HD and booted/ran slow. I cloned the old drive onto the 860 EVO, opened the laptop and swapped the HD for the SSD. Now it runs faster. I only had one little screw left over after closing the case, success.

bought this for my dell xps 17 and video editing. this huge crystal clear monitor is awesome. great investment.
