Dell Latitude 3150 11.6 Laptop Vs Chromebook

Great built PC that is fast. If you want a enterprise grade laptop, get a Dell Latitude. I am using this laptop for business and it performs flawlessly.

I bought this for my old Dell Latitude E6400 laptop to transfer a lot of files to a portable drive, and it preformed awesome just as Startech said it would. I was very impressed with the USB 3.0 speed. It was very easy to install, and it even came with a CD that had the needed drivers, so it only took a few minutes until I was transferring all those files at lightning speed. Was converting a little used 11.6 Lenovo laptop from windows 7 to a chrome book. I had problems getting the lenovo to recognize the usb Sandisk that I had put the Chrome recovery software on. Had read to try another brand of USB stick so I bought this Transcend 16 GB drive and the Lenovo recognized it right away. The installation went well and we kept it out of a landfill.

This is great looking and well thought out backpack. My MacBook Air 11.6" and the Case Logic 11.6" Netbook Attache fit perfectly in the laptop compartment. The zippers feel very solid and there are plenty of pockets and compartments. I can snugly fit my laptop, a light jacket, and all my cords / chargers.The only thing to watch out for is the velcro that hold the excess adjustment straps (red). While it's a great idea, be careful not to wear the backpack too tight, or the velcro will rub and wear down on a fleece jacket right below the armpit.

If you have a Dell Latitude with a docking station, the only way you can get full resolution on a 30 monitor is with a DisplayPort cable. This did the trick.
