Dell Learning Hub

Very pleased with this monitor. The screen quality is even better than the more expensive Dell P2217H, although without a USB hub. Only caveat is the stand is not very tall, but it supports a VESA mount, so keep that in mind.

I bought it as a second monitor to my Dell P2419HC (USB-C hub monitor). This monitor works great and has a little bit more up/down stand adjustment than my older monitor. This monitor would pair with the newer P2422HE usb-c hub monitor for seamless connection without a external hub/doc. This monitor doesn't have a hub or usb-c.

My Dell XPS 13 usually complains when I plug in its charger through a USB C hub with PD, but with this it works perfectly. Plus powers all my other devices that are connected to the hub. A big plus is that the guys at B&H shipped it to me across the world to Mauritius and it was a great experience. Highly recommended!

This is my first review I have ever written (buying computers sine the 1970's), and only because this CalDigit Element is so good I was compelled to write. I have a new Dell XPS 15 inch 9530. I had options of purchasing the Dell WD22TB4 hub (made for this laptop) or getting the CalDigit. After doing a lot of research I choose the CalDigit because of the vast amount of thunderbolt ports. My Dell laptop had some issues like 4 motherboard replacements, 3 speaker replacements, one screen replacement and one keyboard (ALL IN THE FIRST YEAR). I was hesitant to buy another Dell product. I have my OEM Dell power adapter plugged into the USB-C (right side) to power the laptop because the CalDigit only delivers 60 watts which is no problem. The laptop understands which power to use. What do I gain from this decision. I have 3 empty Thunderbolt 4 ports on the CalDigit and one Thunderbolt 4 port on the laptop free (the other TB4 is used to connect the CalDigit). So I end up with: 4 Thunderbolt 4 ports free 4 USB - A (10 gb) available I have the best of both types of ports. I rather make my own decision as to what the port does instead of a hub having only a set determined specific device ports. This unit out performs any hub I have ever had. In fact the CalDigit's construction is amazingly well built and looks good.

I bought this for the USB-C hub feature. If you look at a USB hub from a major manufacturer like dell, they cost nearly as much as this monitor. Its a great deal to basically get a free monitor when using as a hub.

The Dell U2723QE is an impressive monitor that offers a lot of value for its price. The image quality is crisp and sharp. The colors are vivid and accurate, making it easy to get work done efficiently. One of the standout features is its USB hub, which works flawlessly. This hub makes it easy to connect multiple devices and keep your workspace organized!
