Dell Monitor With Built In Docking Station

Used to connect between HP laptop docking station and Dell monitor. Worked well.

If you have a Dell Latitude with a docking station, the only way you can get full resolution on a 30 monitor is with a DisplayPort cable. This did the trick.

I use a laptop, docking station, and two monitors. The Dell UltraSharp 31.5 is a good monitor for editing photos. The display has sharp images on a large screen.

A 4K external monitor and a few devices hooked into this docking station, it connects to and charges my Dell xps 15 via a thunderbolt port seamlessly. Less cables and hassle. Time to time I switch to use with my work Surface laptop and everything works fine as it should while charging. Leave the adapters in the bag. So far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is great for office work. It looks like 60Hz is the highest refresh rate, which is fine for most tasks but not ideal for gaming. The picture quality is beautiful, with bright and vibrant colors right out of the box. Whites are very clear, making it perfect for office use. The built-in laptop docking station is a big plus. I connected a wireless mouse, keyboard, and LAN cable to the monitor, and only needed one USB-C cable (included) to plug into my laptop for charging and all the peripherals. This setup really cuts down on desk clutter. I even wall-mounted it using the standard VESA mount holes, freeing up more desk space. The monitor is large enough to easily display two windows side by side in Windows. The outer bezels are small, though the back is a bit thicker because of the docking station. There are no built-in speakers, but it does have a 3.5mm jack for external speakers or headphones.

This docking station was a solid replacement for my original docking station and actually provided more monitor connections.

I had a dell docking station but it would not allow me to turn on the laptop from it. I could only turn on or wake up the laptop by opening it up. The HP docking station allows the me to turn the laptop on without having to open it up. Please with my HP docking station

I got a couple new DisplayPorts to connect my BenQ monitors with my Dell 6000S docking station. These are super solid! I like how they sort of clip into each socket so they never fall out on their own.
