Speedy shipping from B&H. I installed this in an older Dell OptiPlex 980. Just followed Crucial's directions step-by-step, including the use of their cloning software. The end result was a plug-and-play install with much speedier performance than the old hard drive. This was an excellent, cost-effective upgrade! Highly recommended!

Works great on a Dell OptiPlex 3000 micro PC that comes with a single 8GB ram stick. Adding this doubles the ram and also enables dual channel mode.

Dell is reliable, and the Optiplex 7020 gives me what I need in a desktop computer.

In use, the 980 PRO has proven both exciting and essential. Loading times are blissfully-short in games old and new. I’m always among the first to load into multiplayer lobbies, so my teammates never wait on me. Of course, this SSD’s benefits extend well beyond gaming. Windows boots up in a flash, browsing through thousands of photos is a breeze, and 4K video editing works fluidly, all thanks to never needing to wait on storage. Samsung warrants the 980 PRO for five years (or 300 TB written for the 500 GB SSD). My previous experience with Samsung SSDs suggests that I probably won’t ever invoke the warranty, but there’s great peace of mind in knowing that Samsung stands behind this drive for a long time. Overall, I highly recommend this SSD for gaming and beyond. With modern consoles now integrating their own high-speed SSDs, games will be both designed around and best experienced with high-performance storage. There’s no better way to bring your PC into the next generation than an upgrade to the Samsung 980 PRO.

I got both this one and the 970 EVO PLUS in my new gaming PC. The 980 PRO really flies as its transfer speed is almost twice faster than the 970 EVO Plus. Recommended.

We continue to use these drives when upgrading all of our Dell Optiplex systems. Proved to be the most compatible and reliable so far.

Needed an upgrade to Dell mid-tower case. This power supply was an easy swap. Everything lined up perfectly and had plenty of power lines for all the peripherals. Surprisingly it was easy to tuck the extra power lines out of the way behind the drives.

The Dell 23.8 OptiPlex 7420 Plus All-in-One Computer was a breeze to set up and start using. I selected this model to replace an existing Dell computer I used for many years. Does everything I need it to do and works exactly as advertised. I also connected my ancient HP printer to this AIO and it worked without a hitch. Dell got this one right. Nice job!

I installed these memory chips in a semi new Dell Optiplex. I had an older Optiplex with a mechanical HD and a lil' memory. It was so slow it was painful. I installed all the memory you can install in the new one, and also a solid state HD. The thing cannot be faster, I can have several apps running and still browse the net and I can hardly see any delays. It is literally night to day.
