Dell Order Status

Got what I ordered quickly with excellent communication of order and shipping status.

From the time I ordered the cables to when I received the cables was less than a week. The company kept me updated on the status of the order by email.

The lens hood is a Canon branded product and as such is high quality and fits perfectly. Canon, however failed to be able to supply the same part when I ordered it directly from Canon. For months it was in a back order status and each time I inquired, the only response was, we don't know when it will be in stock again. 6 months go by, I check status only to find back order has changed to cancelled. I find the same item at B&H, order it and 3 days later I have it.

I had to wait some time for this product as it was on back order. B & H kept me updated with regular emails to inform me of the status of my order. When it arrived it was in perfect condition as expected. I fitted the filter to the lens and no problems as it was the correct one. The G-Track was on back order due to high demand. B&H kept me up to date every week on the status. After receiving the G-Track........I understand why it was on back order. Very good usb mic and is housed in a solid frame. Voice recordings are very good. I use it while traveling....and this mic does the job.

The quality looks excellent, but i haven’t inserted my new Fujifilm X100VI as yet, because it’s still on back order. I don’t really know or received any status of my back-order, As such, these accessories i have ordered, is just sitting quietly on a corner of my couch.
