Dell Order Tracking

Ordering was easy and they kept me updated on tracking the package. Would order from them again.

This is only my second order through B and H. I like their tracking system and the product delivered is exactly what is displayed on their web site.

Once ordering, B&H did an amazing job providing a tracking number getting the camera to me as soon as possible with no issues. I am extremely pleased with the order, especially since it is so difficult to get a hold of this camera. I will definitely order from them again for any photography needs in the future. I have really appreciated the whole from the order, to its tracking and delivery, the very easy installation due to the excellent video, and the feeling on the screen ... My only little disappointment is a lost of sensitivity, especially in the corners, which makes you need to press the screen harder (or twice) to get the wished result. But a great product anyway !

From ordering online to customer support & order tracking, down to receiving the anchor links, PD has it all checked! Not to mention the packaging that clearly shows thought has been put in. Attaching my anchor links was a breeze and I no longer have to worry about the long transition of removing and replacing my strap. I still get to use my strap and it comes with 2 additional links so I can attach it to another camera too!!! All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this product! What can I say, if you have a hard drive, you'll need a cable. Before you order one, open up your computer and look at it carefully. If the hard drive is against the wall, you will need an angled cable to save space. A right-angle cable (most common) points down, because most hard drives are installed ABOVE the data socket. If you have a Dell (model E521) like me, the hard drive is below. You'd think you'd need a left-angle cable, but Dell drives are also stored upside down (sticker side down). Um, so two wrongs make a right (no pun intended). Also be mindful of the cable length. 18 inches was barely long enough for my tower.
