Dell Power Button Blinking

I woke up to our Synology DS1019+ blinking with a dead power supply. However, I could not find the official power supply anywhere to purchase. Luckily, this model matches the same specs required from the Synology unit referred to as Adapter 120W Level VI, which means weird connector paired with 12V @ 10A for 120W. I can now confirm this power supply works perfectly as a replacement for the Synology 120W power supply. This unit is preferable to me as it has various safety certifications that the cheaper 3rd party options lack completely. Though it is a bit funny using a QNAP product to power a Synology. I hope this info helps a fellow 1019+ owner out there who runs into the same problem that I did.

Power squids are irreplaceable. If you don't own one, fix that. This one here is average; 5 outlets, a button to turn power on and off. Works fine, and the cable is nice and long to accommodate out of reach outlets.

This mic will work with the ROLAND R-05 without phantom power or extra adapter power. All you have to do is turn on the PLUG in POWER in the menu settings. Also do this next step.. On the r-05 you can change the plug in power voltage from 0.9 volts to 1.2 volts. There is a hidden menu you can access by pressing the AB/Split button together with the Menu button. It will display what looks like the normal menu screen but with an extra option choice #8 that says Special Setup. Mic Bias which is default set to *0.9 v change it to 1.2v SO THIS WILL GIVE YOUR TRAM TR50 MORE POWER

The power button linkage is actually good. I was expecting that it would be flakey, but it's solid...

It's exactly what I wanted. It has an 7 second delay in starting once the power button is pushed but if it gets worse they said they'd look at it.
