Awesome monitor! The colors and deep blacks are really nice. And the built in dock has been invaluable for switching between my work laptop and personal desktop. The monitor I received did have a defect in the panel (just some weird marks on the edges of the panel), but so far customer service has been great and they are sending a brand new monitor while allowing me to use the defective one until it arrives. I would have liked a non defective one, but I really can't ask for more on the customer service side of things. Thank you dell for making the process easy. The headphones are made with care and are very durable. I got my first pair and it was defective due to the touch controls malfunctioning. I went though customer service and they sent me a brand new pair (guess sony stepped up their customer service). The new pair works great. The sound is outstanding and the NC puts u on another planet. Another great feature is the app to change EQ and other sound options like Noise Cancelling levels. The headphones are amazing compared to beats and other headphones in the $ range. I 100% recommend. 5 |

Nathan pointed out that they had the same exact computer in stock. Bought it, and cancelled my Apple order that same day. IMac is a wonderful computing machine!!!! In all these years of buying Brother products, this was the first time I had a problem and they were quick to replace the defective unit. This unit makes impresive labels. Easy and quick to use.
