Dell Software Updates

I had a 4th gen prior and the difference is speed is dramatic. Keeping up the software updates only will take you so far.

Runs smooth with little effort - So far so good...  Snags with software updates, but there are alternative ways to get around that...

Easy to get connected. Had two software updates and they were done in the field. No computer needed.

Dock works well, you do need the internet to download the Sigma Software and updates. Software is well laid out and logical.

My laptop recognized the device right away and the software checked for updates for my lens in just a few minutes. Works great!

Great software and with the cloud I always have the most current edition, bug fixes, and updates that automatically notify me when needed. As a student the subscription is a lot easier to pay for than buying the entire software bundle at once.

This router exceeded my expectations. I switched from my Tomato router because updating the software became less regular. Having a Synology NAS and being impressed with its Diskstation Manager software and its regular software updates, it made sense to try out Synology Router Manager. It did not disappoint. Accessing the functions of the router is intuitive and not at all cumbersome. Setting static IP reservations is simple and banning connections is straightforward and a three-click procedure. You can monitor connections and even use the apps Safe Access and Threat Prevention to filter what goes through the network. I highly recommend this router. This model was updated recently to work with Synology’s mesh routers as well. If security is a priority for you, upgrade to this router. It’s both easy to navigate and its software gets regular security updates.

Use everyday as auto daily updates, use WD back-up software, works great pluse Windows back-ups. Easy to use, has it's own health checks just mouse over the icon in sys tray. Updates were not a problem. Formatted into two drives. Western Digital user since 2006! Never had problems with WD hard drives! Bought Jan 2013.

I had one of the first generation tablets and loved it for years. �I purchased this one because they stopped supporting it with software updates after a decade, but otherwise it was still going strong. �This tablet is great with terrific ease of use and updated features for photography. �My only complaint is having to pay another $30 for the smooth surface peel on sticker that must be purchased separately. �If you don't buy this, it's like drawing on a chalk board....ouch! �Overall I give this 5 stars and boy does a pen make a difference with things like carpel tunnel or repetitive stress injuries that are commonplace with using a mouse.

I had my GoFlex NAS for several years now and somehow its software can not keep up with Mac software updates. This is my first time using Synology DiskStation. Besides noticing faster file transfer, this system offers lots of features and good Control Panel interface. The default setting is Raid 1 - disk mirroring for redundancy. I am very happy with my purchase. I just hope this will last for a long time like the reliable GoFlex. Thanks Synology and B&H.
