I am a retired broadcaster but still do voiceover work, with the recordings being done at professional studios. One client asked if I could do something at my home in front of my PC. After much research and with advice from people I've worked with I chose the Snowball. It was easily within my budget and clear in capturing sounds and voice. This is a durable microphone and with its USB output easily plugs in my PC for great performance and versatility.

I purchased the mic for recording voiceover and music, and I love it. I've recorded at friends' places, but this is the first microphone I've purchased for my computer. I appreciate that it is incredibly easy to use. There's no complicated software, and it sounds phenomenal. I've tested the different settings on the mic (recording in different directions) and have been very pleased with the versatility. All in all, a great purchase. It also looks great sitting on the desk!

Bought it for my wife for practising voiceover at home. This microphone was very easy to connect and it was easy to find an appropriate recording software online. It is very sturdy and simply ideal for our purpose. However, I wouldn't want to use it as a portable device.

These headphones are industry standard for studio work. I use them for voiceover recording and they give me the real-to-life reproduction I need for my audio. They are comfortable, too!

super easy to set up and use and has really clear sound. We only needed it for voiceover work and recording live seminars. it was great and solid on keeping out background noise in uncontrolled environment.

If your budget allows, please do not settle for anything less than the Neumann 102. Over my 12 years of recording in a studios across the world, Neumann mics have provided the best sound overall across a diverse range of vocals. From singers, choirs, rappers, or broadcast, this is a must have! Do not settle if the budget allows.
