Desk Top Computer Good For Animation

I bought this for a computer / standing desk that needed a smaller surge strip on top (I'm still using a basic Furman for that) but wanted more power protection before it. This unit is remarkably robust and I suspect it will be solid.

Clean, solid installation, allows me to clear the top of the desk while keeping easy access to the Power button as well as the various ports and allows to hide the wiring, Easy to install under the top of the desk near the front or on a wall. A computer that is very resistant to heat and dust. State-of-the-art components cpu, ram memory, ssd etc. This computer will serve me for several years before being obsolete. Very happy with the price paid. This hub allowed me to connect my peripherals to my desk top without having to attach the USB cables from them to the computer each time I want to use those components.

This is a very good diskstation. Super quiet so it is fine right on top of a desk.

Works great on my wood desk top!

I pretty much just put this together, mounted it on my desk and plugged it into my computer's USB slot and it worked. It could not have been any easier. I have not experienced any issues with the arm. It stays right where I need it every time. I've been using it for voice-over video editing while working in Premiere Pro and have also used it for Skype meetings. I plug my Studio Beats into the jack on the bottom of the microphone. I plan on ordering another of these so I can do podcasts with interviews. Get a good pop-filter. The one I'm ordering from B&H is still on backorder. This is a good product.
