Desks For Home Office Use

Use for home office more than a year, no problem so far, very satisfied with clean & sharp B&W tones. Heard stories about replacement toner cartridges made by other firms with a lot of problems, not really worth the trouble.

We bought a bunch of these scanners for each of our desks at the office and use them daily. They are very simple to use from scanning into a file to integrating with our client portal. It is very compact so doesn't take up too much room. You can put a stack of papers of various sizes in it very easily and it will scan both sides of the paper. The only issue that we have is that it doesn't like if you have something taped to a page. We often have post its taped to what we are scanning and no matter how good you tape it, it causes an error and you wind up having to make a copy of that page in order to get it to scan. Other than that, we love them.

We moved our company to another office. Based on where the desks were situated (middle of the room) and the fact that the power outlets were in various locations on the walls, we needed black power extension cables to keep things looking nice and tidy. These did the trick.
