Since Apple no longer puts an optical drive in thier computers this is the best for copying songs and pictures etc.

Crystal clear if you use the optical connection. With optical I don't get the cut on pop from my computers sound card. Bluetooth sounds great too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WD 4TB Elements Desktop - WDBWLG0040HBK-NESN I have been in the market for a desktop hard drive for some time, after my other one stopped working and I lost all the content on it. After hearing and reading rave reviews about the Western Digital brand, I decided to go with their WD 4TB Elements Desktop Hard Drive - WDBWLG0040HBK-NESN. I really didn't need 4TB of space, but for the price, it was well worth. I loved how it was an easy plug and play ready for Windows PCs, as I wasn't ready to give up hours of my time to read through instructions or follow lengthy step by step instructions to get the WD 4TB Elements Desktop Hard Drive - WDBWLG0040HBK-NESN up and running. I couldn't believe just how fast the data transfers were. Now I can free up a bunch of space on my computer with the use of the WD 4TB Elements Desktop Hard Drive - WDBWLG0040HBK-NESN and it makes my computer run much faster. And, I don't have to worry about losing important files and documents as they are backed up and stored in no time with this high-capacity storage unit from Western Digital. If you have been looking for a desktop hard drive, I highly recommend the WD 4TB Elements Desktop Hard Drive. This is also a must for gamers who use XBox and PS4 and need extra storage.

Probably you won't use you Optical Drive anymore, you're in 2012 so just get this and add a second drive. It's amazing to buy this if you have an SSD and to keep you HDD. I use it in my Macbook Pro and rocks.

Added an SSD as my main drive and put my old Hard Drive in the Optical Bay. Don't use the CD Drive that much. Install was a piece of cake. Now I have more space for files/documents.

I use the Arc Mouse for my desktop, laptop and netbook computers. Very easy to use and the design makes it very comfortable to use. It takes just a little adjustment after switching from an optical mouse, but you will not go back.

I know that there are several companies out there who make good memory cards, but when I check my stash of memory cards, most of them say SanDisk on them. Likewise, most of the back-up memory for my Desktop computers say Western Digital (who owns SanDisk). My advice is to learn about the nuances of memory cards. The small print on similar looking cards distinguishes the capability, not just in GB capacity, but the generation of chip and the speed for reading and downloading. I also own some Sony and Delkin memory cards, but SanDisk makes good stuff.
