This unit was on sale and I couldn't resist a reliable brand name, large capacity, USB 3.0 capable flash drive at the price. The flash drive is small outside, but huge inside (TARDIS-like?). It's backward compatible with USB 2, which is great as that's all my desktop PC has. It comes FAT32 formatted, which is useful for mounting on a wider variety of computers than NTFS would be. I bought it to put videos on so that my wife could view them on her notebook PC rather than crowd around my desktop screen to see them. Although I've only had it a short time, I've already moved 15 GB of videos onto it and my wife is delighted. The smooth, locking-slide mechanism for the USB plug is a big plus. I believe that this product deserves a full 5 stars. 5 |
