Desktop Printer Shipping Labels

I have a startup and needed a printer for labels, shipping etc...this little machine is the best and makes all my labels look so preofessuonal and clean.

We use these with all of our desktop computers. All, like use the computer to create the labels and printing as opposed to the stand-alone printer. No issues with the Printer or Software. (This purchase makes for six of the units in service). I would buy these again (and probably will) and definitely purchase from B&H Photo!!

I had another label printer and it died when I needed to make labels. B&H had the 800  with free shipping so I ordered it. It was due in a few days, right when I was going to be gone. It arrived one day early and I was able to keep my  commitment and make my appointment. The 800  works flawlessly. I have no use for the ability to have both red and black on a label yet but i am confidant that it will work too.

Perfect for my small business. I no Longer have to to buy so much printer ink to print shipping labels and have to worry about if I lined Everything up properly with the labels on the sheet.

I had been printing shipping labels on sticker paper, which would never line up to the top edge, so I had to cut them out of the middle of the paper. It was a pain and a waste. Now I press print and the QL-1100 is all like, "I got this" and shoots it out in two seconds. It was super easy for me to set it up. I have a Dell computer. I'm not technically savvy and it was a snap. I love, love, love this printer. I had been on the fence about buying a thermal printer, and I'm kicking myself for waiting this long.

I used to just printer on paper and attach with tape but that didn’t look very professional and it uses a lot of ink. I then transitioned to buying shipping labels but not only was I paying for labels but the ink for my printer was so expensive. I now have this amazing label maker! It works so well and the best part is it’s a thermal printer so it doesn’t need ink. Yes, the labels are a little pricey but you’re saving time and money because you don’t have to pay for overpriced ink. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who does alot of shipping.

The program was easy to install and and is very easy to use. The labels come out super fast and has helped speed up the shipping and packing process. It’s a pretty compact size and is very helpful for our business purposes. The added benefit of not needling to add ink or calibrate the printer saves so much time and funds. I’m very happy with this printer and definitely recommend it for any business that requires labels or has any bulk shipping needs since the labels print so quickly and efficiently.
