I have one of these for my Desktop and one for my Laptop and they are SUPER FAST via the USB C port. My Canon 5dm4 shoots in RAW and JPEG and the transfer of data is super easy. While using fast SD cards its even faster. 5 |

I bought this WD 2TB My Passport drive because I had already bought a 1 TB for my laptop and really liked it's size and usability. The 1 TB I bought while in Florida to back up (clone) the SSD. It fits easily in my laptop carry bag. When I got home, I really needed one for my desktop SSD as I had been using a full-sized WD HD & always had to attach a clumsy connector device. This one is SO MUCH EASIER! Plug it in and run my cloning software. BTW, I have ALWAYS used WD drives because I had a failure with another MAJOR brand and I couldn't get satisfaction for their service department. I have 4 always connected to my desktop for photo backups, and a couple of loose, bare drives. 5 |
