Bought for use on Windows 7.The Pinnacle 12 Software loads and looks like it's fully functinal.You can edit movies etc. BUT! when I go to capture from the Dazzle device, The screen is blank ( black)!I think this is a windows 7 isuue. Tried it on an XP machine and it captures very well! Did all my VCR tapes on my XP machine. I gave it a 5 stars since I believe it's a Windows 7 drive issue NOT the Dazzle hardware itself. So ..you got some VCR tapes that are aging away?Get this and save those memories TODAY! 5 |

Just updated my desktop to brand new HP running Windows 11 Home. Love the new HP but it came without an optical drive … and maybe I’m old fashioned, but I still want one to load software/drivers and play dvds and music. I've been able to connect four Windows PCs (XP, 7, 8.1, 10) to an Epson all-in-one printer. Although my printer is wireless capable, I find USB connectivity more reliable and less frustrating. The packaged software (CD), as well as the included Installation Guide, are antiquated (Windows XP/Vista; Mac OS X) but were still useful for one of my connected PCs. Accessing the product manufacturer's website is required to obtain an up-to-date User Manual and to install applicable drivers for PCs with newer operating systems. This applies to Windows (7, 8.1, 10) and Mac (10.6 and above) with an available USB Type-A port. One 6-foot USB A-B cable is also included. Each of my PCs printed successfully to the one printer as intended. 5 |
