I have to start by saying setup was a little clunky, but I called tech support and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it over the phone. Since then, the mesh system has been fantastic. We get much better coverage than our last router and wifi extender combined, plus we are getting much better speeds since installing the mesh system. We are able to have 4 people connected on their phones, iPad, and all TVs at the same time with no drop in speed. 5 |

Old Netgear modem hit by power surge. Tech support help me diagnose the issue, and since I was in a time crunch with a zoom meeting I was hosting in two hours, tech support once again completely walked me through set up and internet hook up—I’m a bit low tech, but now totally understand the system. The product is really great, but your tech support team is absolutely wonderful!!! 5 |
