What advantages does this 35mm camera have over the medium format Diana? It has a built-in connection for a plunger. You have the advantage of square format or 1/2 frame 35mm, even to choose the format from frame to frame. It has an additional zone focus setting over 120 Diana zone focus system. I'm a big fan of lomography cameras, I own a few already but still didn't the Diana. I like the fact that the Diana F+ comes with the removable flash! It's got a cute and practical nice design. This little camera is fun to use and the best part is that it is very experimental. I love the double exposure feature and the color flashes. This camera is a lot of fun for those who love photography. 5 |

I've taken a series of toy camera photographs with my Diana F+ of an abandoned amusement park and in my mind it required a paper that would best show-off not only the decay of the park but also the quirkiness gained from such a simple piece of equipment. With the paper's beautiful, pearl and metallic sheen, and it's true-ness to the odd colorations, the images pop right off the page. I brought them to an informal throw-down at a local photography gallery, and my fellow photographers were as excited about the paper as they were the images. I can't find fault with the paper--the mill's profile was spot-on, so I was able to print without the drudgery of adjusting and readjusting settings to make the stock work with my printer and computer. So of course, I'm now intrigued and am ordering sample packages of Moab's other paper. 5 |
