The difference between 60Hz and 144Hz is staggering and I can't recommend this monitor enough for anyone who wants to get a better monitor for gaming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor was an upgrade to my old 144Hz monitor that didn’t have G-Sync. This monitor is it! I noticed a huge difference when playing games like Quake Champions and Devil May Cry. I maxed out the graphics settings and still noticed a huge difference in gameplay. You’ll want to make sure you go thru the monitor’s main menu and set the response time to maximum if that’s important to you, the default is medium. The picture looks great and consistent. My only complaint is the lack of sRGB color reproduction specification, but I can get over this since I’m looking for fast response and consistency for fast-paced gaming. I was really surprised by the overall quality of the included mounting hardware. It can accommodate a desktop thickness up to 2.5”. The clamp has soft rubber on both sides, so I wasn’t worried about scratching my desk. The kit comes with everything to mount to any VESA mount as well so that was a nice touch. The mount is sturdy and fully adjustable in any way anyone could ever want it. Hyper X does a good job of making it easy to add additional monitors in the future, which I’m seriously considering at this point. The extra desk space was an unexpected and welcome upgrade as well. I would recommend this to anyone who values high refresh rates, very fast response times, and considering a multi-monitor setup for gaming.

With that being said I use it for PlayStation 5 gaming mostly and I also occasionally use it to watch movies. The gaming experience is out of this world and I wouldn't change it for anything ever again.

The FOV especially when gaming makes all the difference, but I use it with my daily driver so it is also helpful when I'm working on school with its built in productivity features. My previous monitor was a 60 Hz Samsung gaming, 1/2 the price of this one, but I can certainly tell the difference, both externally and picture wise. The bezels are super thin (except on bottom), easily adjusted without tools to tilt forward/backward, rotate 90 degrees, raise and lower. My Samsung had none of those features. The games look glorious and the RGB backlight, while not very bright, is a nice touch. The base is very heavy, so this thing is not toppling over easily when rotated as well. I would purchase again.

With its 4K resolution (3,840 x 2,160 pixels), 1,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, and typical 400 nits of brightness, it shows off games really well, and that extends to videos from the web or played over streaming apps too. It can cater for TV viewing too, so for some you'll want to consider this almost as a 43-inch gaming TV alternative, marrying the best of both worlds into one desktop solution. As far as the price goes, well, it's Mini-LED – it's at the forefront of what you can get right now and, clearly, its. Everything considered, though, it's another quality entry in the Neo series, especially for gamers seeking ace performance.
