Difference Between Gen 1 Night Vision Scopes

This really is comparable to Gen 2 night vision. Once you get used to the controls and focusing the scope, it is quite easy to view things in the dark. I found the white and black color scheme to be the best when it comes to recognizing animals in the dark. Also, you don't have to worry about accidentally pointing the scope at a bright light and ruining the device like some regular night vision. Definitely a good deal if you need to see in low light conditions. One of my friends used it to look up at the sky and could see many more stars and satellites than were visible with the naked eye. You won't be disappointed with this scope.

great little light for night photography. however, even at 1%, it is still a little bright for higher ISOs. So, I cut out an envelope and put it inside the plastic cover. Works perfectly.
