MacBook Pro user experience is worlds better than the windows laptop that I just retired. I'm also happy with the way the M1 chip is handling some pretty large Sketchup models. I purchaced this MacBook with the BenQ 27 display. Set up was easy and the flow between these two devices is seamless. So far, about a month in, very happy with this combo. 5 |

Got this to use with my Macbook Pro and Windows laptop in my home office. Keyboard easily switches between windows and Mac. It has a solid build quality and good feel when typing. I got the tactile quiet and it does make some sound. It doesn't bother me, but my wife giggles when I type fast and she can hear from the next room. Switched from Windows laptop. This MacBook has Good performance, good display, good speakers, good battery, good keyboard and track pad, good camera. And on top of that ....clean MacOS. Overall....nailed the basics of a laptop. I went with the base variant 8gb RAM 256gb SSD and being a software engineer myself....it's good enough computing power for me. Tip : If you get too confused with the colors, get the silver one. It looks the best and the most premium of the bunch in real life. And .....no ugly fingerprints too 5 |

I have no issues with it at all. I connected it to my 4k laptop and even with the resolution difference, windows works without issues. The only bad thing is that its USB connector is placed in a way that does not allow me to really align it very tightly with my laptop screen, unless I place it on the left side. Also, if this would have been wireless with about of 8 hours of operation (I know, I want a lot) would be phenomenal! 5 |
