Digital Antenna Signal Booster

Works as expected. You definitely need a signal booster when using a cable this long.

The Polsen XP-2 2-Channel Microphone Signal Booster is not something I realized I needed until I started using it. I am using it to boost the signal on my desk microphone and it's connected through my Senal USB adapter which provides the phantom power. It can add up to 25db of clean gain which is impressive. I didn't realize the difference this would make until I actually hooked it up and started using it daily. I no longer have to be right up on my microphone to get a reasonable signal output. The other application I tried this out with was some interviews I recently shot where the interview subject was soft-spoken. Being able to get that extra gain really came in handy. I like that the xlr has locking connectors and that this is plug-and-play. It's made of all metal and feels rugged so it should hold up to some punishment over time. It works great, now the only issue is I have to buy another to match my other setup. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]

Long cables tend to degrade signal. This cable has the booster midway to solve that problem.

I am using a 50ft HDMI extension: source-50ft cord-booster-8ft cord. At first no signal would come though. When I added the booster, the signal worked but would drop intermittently. So I added the power adapter and everything works fine.

They say you can't send HDMI over 60 feet, but with KanexPro HDMI cables, you can! The buitl-in signal booster also has an adjustable signal equalizer. These are quality cables!

I'm very happy so far with this Push to Mute button. I bought 3. I have the first working perfectly. Very quiet. No clicks or pops. Definitely pushes the volume down far enough to be fully MUTED. I can't hear anything no matter how loud I try. My first setup is traditional, without Phantom Power or signal booster between the Mic and Preamp. I will be hooking up another using a Cloudlifter and Phantom Power. Instructions say to install AFTER the signal booster if used. I will update once I hear that one too but so far, I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Very solid, attractive. I like the button. It feels well made. Not much out there on this brand but I can attest that my first one is great! I'm glad I took a chance on it.

Impressed with the quality. Worked fine. Seemed well-made. Good to have a signal booster included. Company demonstrated attention to detail by including a micro screwdriver for that.

Complete game changer. Way better than any signal booster. Just set up a second wifi router on the other end of the house. Love it.

I though i needed this length haha I have so much cord left over. but the signal booster is a major plus. I have a cord without the boost and it does not produce the quality this one does. solid purchase

This audio signal booster works just as advertised. We mounted it in a gator case with a wireless mic system and have been using it for our mobile productions. When we have a long run to our production truck, this booster adds the gain we need for the distance and cleans up any noise. It gives us a clean signal and boosts it up to 25 db's. But it can be used anytime you need some additional db's or to ensure a clean, strong signal. This signal booster runs on phantom power which makes it easy, but doesn't pass on the phantom power, so you can use it with passive dynamic mics or mics that are battery powered without any issues. It has 4 XLR inputs and outputs, which is more than enough for our needs. This also eliminates any chance of picking up noise/interference from electric cables or lighting equipment. That is fantastic and helps with peace of mind during a production and especially during a live event. This booster is also well-made. It comes in a steel housing and the locking XLR connectors seem to be made of quality materials. The cables lock in and unlock easily but are still secure. Again, we store it in a gator case because this booster is rack-mountable (which I also love), but it is built well enough to be on its own if you don't have a rack to mount it. This booster has been a great addition to our workflow. It provides a strong boost in db levels, eliminates interference and is simple to set-up and use. And it is built to last.
